I visited Ireland during July 1983 and travelled from Dunluce Castle and the GIants Causeway right up in the north down to Galway Bay in the south. I remember it being an extremely laid back place that was incredibly green.

I am still digging my old photos out. Unfortunately they will not be of the greatest quality as they are pretty old and faded.

Here are one or two that I have managed to scrounge out so far.

Dunluce Castle up in the North. It is a pretty eery place dating back to the 12th Century

One or two photos taken in the Falls Road in Belfast in the days when the UDF / IRA War was still going strong
